You know I love your food pics! And this indeed is a lovely one. Personally not a big fan of string beans but those scallops do look perfectly pan-seared. Did you mean “bourbon” btw? Must have been very tasty with the combination of maple syrup. Hmm. Maybe I’ll pick up some scallops when I do my grocery run this weekend…
My excuse on the spelling is that I woke up at 5am and posted this at 6am. My brain didn’t kick in until about 10am. I spelled it correctly in the tags, if that counts for anything.
