The Beatles are now available on iTunes. It’s just the remastered studio albums, Past Masters 1 & 2, and the red and blue albums. No mono albums. Individual songs are $1.29, albums are $12.99 ($19.99 for double albums), and the complete catalog is $149.
“I am particularly glad to no longer be asked when the Beatles are coming to iTunes,” said Ringo Starr.
Is this really that important? A Beatles fan already has everything that can be bought, and I doubt that younger not-yet-fans were really waiting for The Beatles to be available on iTunes before discovering them.
